I applied online. I interviewed at Appirio (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2017
Interview
I met with the recruiter and then had three video interviews, one with the hiring manager, that went well. Then they said that they wanted to fly me to Indianapolis to meet with "Leadership". The five interviews were each 30 minutes long and back to back with no breaks for three hours. The people I interviewed with in Indy seemed randomly selected and were very inexperienced, unprofessional and poorly trained in interviewing . None of them even read my resume prior to the interview. The aggressiveness of one of the Senior Managers during the interview was extremely unprofessional. I did not take the job since I am concerned about the future of the company if the five people I met in Indy comprises Appirio's leadership. They say they have a long interview process, but it really seems unnecessary and costly since they just grasp at finding extra people (that do not even have anything to do with the role) to interview the candidate. If you are a candidate with over 15 years of experience, I would not recommend interviewing with Appirio since they clearly do next appreciate experience. They are mostly junior people in a small city with big egos.

Question 1
"I am used to consultants just sitting in leadership meetings with clients and not saying anything. If you were in a client meeting, would you just sit there and not say anything?"

I applied online. I interviewed at Appirio (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2015
Interview
Multiple phone interviews with the recruiter (believe it is still Chad), then skype sessions, ending with flying out and doing multiple in person rounds. Almost every interview question asked was provided here on glassdoor. I just went through prior interview questions each time until I felt comfortable providing an answer.
