Lengthy, with about 5 rounds of phone/Skype, and one long in-person interview where I met with 4 separate people. They truly put a lot of work into finding the right person for the role. Each conversation was an opportunity to get to know a different portion of the team, and I felt as if everyone cared deeply about the company. I have never been a part of a more respectful and transparent process, which is important whether an offer is received or not. These people all truly care, and are awesome to chat with.
