Interview
Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter Scott R. for an introductory call. He provided a good mix of company background and role requirements. Had calls with the hiring manager and a number of other folks on the team. Had many great conversations, and Scott was great at setting expectations, communicating next steps, and coordinating the interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at AppDynamics (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2017
Interview
Had an interview with the recruitment program manager. Was told I would receive feedback by the end of the week and never did. The job really wasn't sold very well at all and was told how the job " was definitely not a 9-5" I find it strange when companies say things like that as if your good at your job you shouldn't need to work lengthy hours and gives a bad impression what exactly does "not a 9-5" mean? 12 hour days or just the odd evening. Fair enough if your in sales and you need to earn commission etc however if you need to stay late frequently maybe your resources are over stretched and you need to invest in your department. I think if you strive for such excellence like mentioned in the interview you should provide feedback when you state you will and if you spend so many hours in the office yet still don't find the time to do so that says you must be fairly incompetent in your recruitment team. As a recruiter myself this is a very bad candidate experience.
