I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aon (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2015
Interview
1) I applied online through my college's career website
2) Received an email about being selected for an interview online
3) Completed an hour long video interview which was awkward
I never heard back from AON about whether or not they wanted to move forward or were looking into other candidates. So, that was frustrating because the least AON could have done was to let me know where they stood so I am not impressed with the company.

Question 1
Asked me personal questions about myself and asked me a lot of situational questions.
Hello, I am sorry to hear about your recruitment process at AON (Atlanta) but I think you may have left this review by mistake as we are AO, an online electrical retailer, based in the not so sunny (unlike Atlanta) Bolton UK. We wish you the best of luck in your next interview if you haven't already found your dream role. Thanks AO
First round interview is video interview. It is nice because it allows people to have unlimited prep time, and a certain number of retries. Less stress. Questions themselves are alright. Be prepared!
submitted an application, did an online assessment, got selected for a video interview. Completed the video interview. Sadly never heard back from them, no rejection email no update. It happens but i wish they got back to me and said they weren't interested. Got ghosted like it was tinder.
