Online interview questions, that you then be watched or flagged by employees of the company. The questions asked were very generic at the beginning and then eventually became harder as there was also a timer for the response
First round interview is video interview. It is nice because it allows people to have unlimited prep time, and a certain number of retries. Less stress. Questions themselves are alright. Be prepared!
submitted an application, did an online assessment, got selected for a video interview. Completed the video interview. Sadly never heard back from them, no rejection email no update. It happens but i wish they got back to me and said they weren't interested. Got ghosted like it was tinder.

Applied and they contact me the same day. Two interviews, the last one was a technical test. Questions were about risk management, climate-risk, and insurance things. It was around half and hour in total
