Phone interview: easy, conversational, about background
On site: About 5 hrs total. Consisted of group introduction to ECD program in general and actuarial student program. 2 1:1 interviews, one behavioral and 1 case study (all pretty easy)

There were several parts, but in general was something like this:
You have just been handed the ownership of a gas station. You have no experience in the industry, and currently nothing in the gas station (including the gas) is priced. How would go about pricing your product and running the business in general.

I applied online through my university's career website and got a request for a Skype interview. Was interviewed by an actuary from a close by office. Mostly about why I wanted to work there and ideal work environment.

Very welcoming and open. They start off as a group type thing, it felt more like an open forum where you could ask questions and learn more about the company and your future roles. The interview process was S.T.A.R. format.
