I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices in Mar 2020
Interview
Had two phone interviews, one with the manager and another with one of the engineers in his team. Very smooth experience, with quick followups. They announced the result and followed up withing 2-3 days which was great. Interview mainly tested fundamentals of RF systems, concepts like noise, IIP3, EVM. Some discussion on projects and coursework. Mostly a technical interview. The interviewers were very friendly, encouraging and mainly wanted to test if you understand the basics and could think critically.
All-day onsite interviews with 5-6 team members. Some technical questions but mostly focused on past experiences and how I would approach various challenges that may arise on the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lunch was provided at the cafeteria.
