Interview
Very professional and clear process with logical questions and test. Good explanation of the role and the terms and conditions of hiring and next stages of the recruitment process. Friendly recruiters who were trying to make me feel comfortable.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
I was recommended to apply to the company by one of the former employee. I had some experience in the field. I sent my resume through their website and was contacted with in a week. I guess they needed to fill that position quickly. I was screened first about my resume first time and the next day another person called and we got into some technical talk. Everything went smooth and laid back. A week later I was offered an offer letter via email and 2 weeks later I am an employee of American Express. Plain simple and easy

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2015
Interview
My interview process was pretty easy. I had a referral through an Amex employee and set up a phone interview with the team lead there. The phone interview was pretty basic some customer service questions and some technical questions. After that scheduling is discussed and if you speak another language you are also interview in that language to prove that you are fluent.
