      The interview process consisted of 3 stages. Stage 1 was a screening call with the internal recruiter Stage 2 was the actual interview with 2 people. The hiring manager and another member of the team. Stage 3 was the final interview with the Marketing VP of that team.

      Straightforward behavioral stuff for the most part. Some questions around functional skills too. No gotchas. The interview process was moderately paced and lasted three to four rounds, including the phone screen.

      Absolutely RUDE! They ghost candidates the moment they learn they need visa sponsorship, without even the courtesy of informing them that they don’t offer it. Instead of being transparent, they waste candidates’ time and leave them hanging. A simple acknowledgment would have been the least they could do.
