I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Express (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2015
Interview
Initial screening interview with HR. HR seemed to be more focused on my salary requirements than my experience as the HR representative wasn't familiar with the requirements or experienced needed for a Strategic Planning role. The role also wasn't fully defined yet and they didn't know where in the Country it would be located.
