Height of hypocrisy could be seen in the final round of interviews , managers are not looking for the candidates who can perform better and create a difference for the organization but instead of that they want to see how much you are willing to butter up and how much submissive you are. Sadly these highly sadistic people who themselves for whole of their lives have learnt only thing i.e how to be much more manupulative and much more dishonest with their profession and most importantly expecting the same from the applicants.
