My Amex GCS interview was underwhelming. The technical interviewer barely introduced himself, seemed distracted, and cut me off while I explained my project. He dismissed ML altogether and rushed me into basic questions. In the HR round, one person yawned mid-answer, and when I asked about the role, they vaguely said, “You’ll figure it out.” Overall, it felt like they weren’t interested in the conversation or the candidate.
