HR Interview followed by technical Interview .We ask a lot of story-based questions.They want to understand what you have done and how it relates to the job you're considering. They'll ask you to describe an occasion when you came up with a creative way to improve a process or solve a problem. They also like to hear about a time when you anticipated a potential problem and took action to prevent it.

An online aptitude test followed by 2 rounds of interviews - 1 technical and 1 HR.
The technical round consisted of some probability puzzles. they wanted to look at your approach. The HR round was mostly based on my resume.

Skype based competency and biographical interview. The hiring process was pretty poor - I didn’t hear whether I had secured the role for over a month - due to internal politics with my old director not wanting me to leave. A lack of transparency during the process.
