very nice experience, I felt they wanted to set me up for success and they prepared me to the interviews. I had one functional video interview of 60 min and then another day with 5 interviews of 60 min each

The interview process is pretty intense - which is reflective of the culture. You can expect a bevy of behavioral based interview questions. You need at least 2-3 different examples from your career that demonstrate how you align with the leadership principles. The LPs are a huge part of Amazon culture so study those and be prepared to speak to how you exemplify them.
