I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very efficient and responsive process with deadlines met and a recruiter who guided me through the entire 'loop'. There was a pre-screen with the recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager, and then 5 interviews ('the loop') with other Solutions Architects and managers that were each focused on specific 'leadership principles'. All interviews were behaviour competency style ("Tell me about a time when...") except one which required completing an architecture review/design task before the call and involved some whiteboarding/discussion about the architecture on the call. Everyone was really great to talk to.

Tough 5 stage loop, but the key is if you find you are enjoying the 5 back to back 45min interviews, you’ll probably fit in. All about Earn Trust and Customer Obsession
