The interview process is lengthy and takes up to one month to schedule and one month to do the actual interview. Depending on your job title you’ll go through a couple of interview stages (in my case 3).

Question 1
Technical questions about refrigeration cycle, chillers, air handling units, UPS and it’s components.

Interview
I applied online and was called for phone screening which lasted for 30 minutes. Did the second phone screen which lasted for 1 hour. I got to the final loop stage which lasted for 4 hours. Same questions that got me to the final stage but told afterwards that i didn't make the employment list

Interview performed via online services, lasted for less than 40 min.
Interview was done by two parts, technical part and a character part.
Preparation is required for technical part specially if its a different job that you are used to.

Interview
15 min pre screening interview followed by a 1 hour technical interview followed by a 6-7 hours culture fit interview. I was selected to go for the last interview, but before even doing the interview I was told they had already hired someone else.
