Interview Process was quite interesting. I had total of 6 interview and additionally an HR round.
Usually we have to follow STAR format to answer the questions.
Situation Task Action Resolution.
They usually ask from your past experience and also they might ask about some technical questions too.
I got selected but I declined because of poor salary package. I asked them for 18 LPA with 4 years experience, But they said they will be only possible to provide max of 12 LPA.
The attitude of interviewer was intresting.

It's a combination of technical and behavioural questions (more of the second one). Process is complex with several interviews along the way depending on the position and level. All the interview is in English (but later at work Spanish is spoken)

Painless and quick process. AWS interviewers and HR reps were extremely efficient and transparent and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Questions were relevant to the role, definitely a bit technical but nothing crazy.

Format is STAR method. In the interview day, all questions asked were based on the Amazon leadership principles. Have multiple examples ready to go that apply to each and every one of the principles proving how you implement and live them.
