Several hours of back to back interviews without much of a break. Everyone was fair and professional, the questions were straightforward as long as you had clear examples and could explain your work.

Tell me about a time you demonstrated X leadership principle.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Berlín) in Nov 2020
Interview
Recruiter has the first call, followed by 1 hour Phone screening followed by an on-site panel interview. The Phone screen checks for functional fitness whereas the panel checks for the cultural fitness. You have to be bar raising, so 50% better than the current people in the job.

Tell me about a time you saw your peer struggling and you decided to help.
Overall, it was difficult, and the interview was conducted based on my resume. Questions related to job experience were the most common, and in conclusion, they were eliminated. The question was, for example, tell us about your experience leading the team as a leader.
