Amazon Warehouse Associate interview questions

There is no interview process. You simply apply, and afterwards you select a preferred shift (based on your preference: set or variable schedule). If the shift is available you choose your first orientation date and time. Your employment and start date is CONTINGENT on you passing a drug test and background check. An estimate time of completion of such items is 3-5 business days, but can be longer while it can be case by case. If you pass your drug test and nothing flags in your background check, you'll receive a start date via email. Your "first day" is an on-site new hire orientation. This is mandatory. Amazon will say it's 3.5 hours, but it's really 4.5. It includes 4 modules and a hazardous materials training (HAZMAT). You'll have to take a test on the HAZMAT training and pass to start your first work day.
