There’s no really an interview process, they hire everyone at the hire event once you pass your drug test which is done that same day and results take about 24 hours.

There was no interview. They took my documents and ask when I will be able to start working for them. The documents were scanned and returned back to me. Basically my tax document, registration, credit card, school enrolment, health insurance and social security.
