I was able to skip the initial phone screen, as everyone I spoke to was very friendly and excited to continue the interview process.
However, the technical interview was challenging, as the interviewer was cold and non-responsive when I tried to bounce ideas off of them. Ended up struggling with a graph traversal problem that I could have studied a bit more for.

4 online interviews each 1h long: 2 algorithm problems, system design, 1 designing a system. Each interviewer asked 2 leadership principles questions. They prefer you to tell new story for each question (instead of what they say you that you can use the same store a couple of times). Would try to dig into very details.
