Got a phone interview from my application online on the Amazon University Recruiting website. The Recruiter set me up for two 45 minute phone interviews. The first person called on time. I screwed up easy questions. I was not thinking straight. Thats the reason I lost it.
The second person almost forgot to call me. I had to ask the recruiter if the call was still on. She talked to the interviewer and told me that He was going to call me then. Then, the second guy called. I stumbled a lot in the second interview also.

Interview
I applied by dropping off my resume at a career fair at my university. They asked me a few general programming-related questions at the booth (they took notes on the back of the resume). I got an email a few days later inviting me to an interview. It was two hours long and consisted of two 1:1 interviews; one was with a manager and the other with a software engineer. In both I was asked to write code to solve various problems.
