Amazon Senior TPM interview questions

Initial recruiter screening, followed by 1 phone screen and loop with 5 people each lasting for 45 mins or so. Interview was focused on sharing past experience in STAR formatted stories

Unorganized and chaotic- couldn’t help but think the environment would be similar. I was asked the exact same questions 3-4 times by different interviewers. In my experience, the HM should prep interviewers with the LPs they are supposed to focus on. Not sure where the breakdown was, but they were all asking questions on the same LPs. When answering, a couple of the interviewers seemingly weren’t listening to my answers and had to repeat myself multiple times. It was the most bizarre interview experience! Not to mention, HR set it up and then changed the date multiple times.
