Amazon Senior Programme Manager interview questions

I applied directly and the recruiter contacted me to arrange for an interview with the hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager was centered around Leadership Principles, but not so much on my actual work experience and what I did in previous roles. I was invited for a loop interview next (5 interviews, 6 interviewers in total). In between I also had to do a writing exercise. One of the interviewers had read the exercise before the interview, and asked some follow-up questions about it too. Everything was focused on Leadership Principles. It felt quite rigid, and I didn't have a chance to get to know my interviewers (who are potentially people I'd be working with) or what the role and team is about.
