Amazon Senior Program Manager interview questions

Interview process was pretty lengthy due to the holidays. Most Managers were out on vacation. I was in the interview stages from October to Jan 25th. One phone interview with hiring manager and then 5 virtual interviews different people from my team and other teams all in one day. It wasn't very difficult but you need to be prepared. STAR interview format and make sure your answers apply to their 14 principles. It's a long day but not hard as long as you're prepared. I received my decision a week later. My recruiter kept me informed the whole time of my status.
