I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in May 2025
Interview
After shortlist I was asked to take an online assessment which was followed by a phone screening call with the HR. The interview was okay and I was told that Amazon will communicate back in 2 business days. After getting no updates for a week, I reached out to the HR over email, no response. This is highly unprofessional. But then, such is Amazon these days, lots of chest thumping on customer obsession and leadership principles, but doesn't even have basic professional etiquette.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in May 2025
Interview
The first interview is an HR screen.
The second interview is a Hiring manager one-hour video interview via Chime.
The third is virtual onsite, which is five interviews, each 45 minutes.
First had to go through an odd "work simulation" and simulated interview.
Then had a video interview where they asked a lot of questions to uncover the way you think, but I didn't have many opportunities to talk about past successes because of the odd questioning style
