I found the job on LinkedIn and it directed me to their website in order to apply. After the application, I received an email with my online tests. Next day I received a call to book in my phone interview, not the usually kind of interview...it was a behavioral one where they were trying to find out how I might react in different situations. After the phone interview, in a few hours I have received an invite to my face to face interview, I had a choice of 2 places and 3 different times, when I could go.
My interview was scheduled for the following week. I went to Rugeley, at their fulfillment center. One I got there, I was given a tour and explained the entire process. Following this, I had a test and 15 min to finish it.The exact test can be found in here, posted by someone. I have practiced a day before, so I had no problem getting it done in 3 min.
After the test I had 4 interviews with different Operational Managers and HR Manager, every interview lasted between 45-50 min, depending on how many questions I had.
Everyone was really nice, relaxed and they told me a bit about their history in the company. It's good to ask questions about the process, job role and opportunities to grow within the company.
The following day I received an email with my interview feedback and offer. I was happy to see that they actually offered me the Area Manager position, permanent from day one and not withing a graduate scheme.
I can honestly say, it was the most complex and difficult recruitment process I have ever been part of. But I am really excited to start and I think it was worth it.
