Amazon Programme Manager interview questions

Process: Phone Screen --> 2nd Phone Screen --> On-site interview loop (several participants). Questions focused around scenario/situational-based questions, product knowledge, quantitative reasoning, professional background (+s for cross-functional work, presenting/defending across and at all levels of an organizaiton) aligned to role, and personal goals. Sharp group: expect to defend your rationale and present your thinking all around a solution. Come with lots of questions relative to the team, product, group, and environment. Mix of participants can be varied, so being able to think on your feet and relate things back in appropriate detail (enough to show thoroughness, not so much as to be rambing and long-winded) will go a long way.
