Four different interviewers (45 mins each, with a 15-minute break in-between each interview). I was interviewed by 2 directors, 1 GM and 1 HR Manager. The test was based on the 16 leadership principles and I think about 6 were prioritised due to the nature of the role.

Phone screening, followed by four back to back behavior interviews focused on the leadership principals. One hour each with small break in-between. Relatively straight forward. Need to add more words to submit this post.
