I had three interviews. The process was very smooth and quick. During the interviews they asked questions based on the leadership principles. Overall I enjoyed talking to each of the interviewers and the atmosphere was also very relaxes.

Panel interview with two employees, heavily based on the LP's. Two LP for each interviewer. If you don't know them interview will not end well.
