Interview
A coding challenge followed by a behavioral assessment provided you passed the coding challenge, and finally a live video interview.
Usually 3 rounds, each has a coding question (1 class design, 2 data structure questions).
Each round has a behavioral part before the coding part. Learn their leadership principles. They are obsessed with them.

Question 1
Can't say but they were custom questions that are not on leetcode, but if you do leetcode, should've felt the same.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Phone interview, then an online coding problem to solve, then an all day in person interview. The phone and online coding problems were no problem, the in person interview was a bit of a grilling, you are getting passed onto several different interviewers, switching once an hour. Most ask some sort of white board question to solve.
