Easy until the final round interview. First time the guy stood me up and I needed to reschedule. The HR guy was apologetic but impersonal. I felt the bureaucracy of the large company like they didn’t care about me as an interviewee.

Write a Microsoft paint esque program that fills neighboring cells of a 2D array with the same number to a new number. Breadth first search question, I was rusty on that data structure. Interviewer was nice but didn’t make me want to be a programmer.
