Interview
Une demi-journée d'entretiens passés en mai 2021 :
4 entretiens en tout dont :
- 2 entretiens qui portaient sur les 12 principes de Leadership d'Amazon (parlez-moi d'une situation où vous avez fait preuve xxx), à la fois en français et en anglais
- 1 entretien avec une étude de cas sur excel en anglais
- 1 entretien sur une étude de cas de négociation en anglais (le cas est envoyé quelques jours avant l'entretien pour qu'on puisse le préparer)
A noter que mes entretiens ont été conduits avec des personnes de partout dans le monde à Amazon et aucun de mes interviewers ne faisaient partie de l'équipe pour laquelle je candidatais. On m'a dit que l'objectif des entretiens est de confirmer si oui ou non le candidat colle à la culture d'entreprise d'Amazon.
J'ai reçu l'offre le jour même et on m'a demandé de choisir entre 2 rôles pour mon stage : Product Manager (que j'ai choisi) et Marketing Analyst

Fue una entrevista a través de Willo. Hay preguntas que tienes que contestar en video. Te dan 5 minutos para responder, aunque máximo puede durar 3 minutos. El resto de preguntas son escritas y es información básica sobre ti (cuando te graduas, si tienes el nivel de inglés requerido, etc.).

Tell me about a time when you had to decide in the absence of good data because there just wasn't any. Why was the situation, and how did you arrive at your decision? Did the decision turn out to be the correct one? Why or why not?
Started with an online oa on company values-> virtual interview which included both a behavioural part on company culture and a technical challenge on excel -> panel interview with two different managers
