Interview
Initially I applied to the position on Amazon's official website. I received an invitation to a coding test after 3 weeks, After another 3 weeks, I had video interview with the Data Science team.

Then onsite interviews: 5 interviews two on coding and three on science and a tech talk
You choose a topic for the presentation
The science interviews are: one on science depth, one on science breath and one on science applications

Interview
After applying online, I received an invitation for an one hour online interview. The interview consisted of questions about my previous work, and then a series of questions on deep learning (specifically on LLMs), and finally a LeetCode style coding question (number of islands in a 2D grid).
Applied for Amazon AGI. After first round, it will go into full round of multiple interviews. Lots of modern LLM training technic questions. There are still some behavioral questions, but less than general Amazon roles.
