I did two interviews back to back. Just study Amazon leadership principles and use the STAR method to answer questions. Think about various experiences in your life that you can apply to the leadership principles. It's always good quantify the result you achieve in the stories you choose to tell,

Tell me about a time when you didn't meet customer expectations. What happened, and how did you deal with the situation? Tell me about a time when you had to work on a task with unclear responsibilities.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
