Interview
I received a call for the screening round in December 2021 and went through 4 rounds of behavioural interviews and received an offer in March 2022. Quiet exhausting but got through it.

Question 1
All the rounds that I went through were behavioural rounds, situation based questions and how I dealt with them. Final round was an HR round which basically had conversation around my compensation.
The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

Manager experience, scenarios where I had to act as a manager
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.
