Die Interviews folgen komplett den Amazon Principles. Man sollte sich detailliert auf die Fragen und Inhalte vorbereiten, wenn man den Job wirklich will.
Der Prozess ist fair und transparent. Man sollte sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass eine richtige Vorbereitung nötig ist.

Question 1
Beschreiben Sie eine Situation in der Sie eine wichtige Entscheidung treffen musst, jedoch nicht genügend Daten zur Verfügung standen die Entscheidung zu verifizieren. Was haben Sie gemacht? Wie haben Sie sich verhalten?
Lots of preparation needed but good for self reflection. Required to take a test and have multiple screenings before loop interview. STAR method advised when answering questions and lots of preparation tools given ahead of loop.

Interview
Four one hour interviews back to back. Questions about their leadership principles in each one. Quite disorganized, as the interviewers didn’t know what role I was interviewing for. Some awkward interviewers but the second half of them were much better. One interview with two people, one of them qualifying to become an interviewer.
Phone interview with 2 members of the team hiring for the role. First 10 minutes of the call they were describing the role and it was significantly different than how it was defined in the job description.
