Interview
Super easy. After filling out the app, they give you a time to meet a recruiting team. The team gets your info to run a background check, the administer a drug test and inform you of the next steps.

Background check. Drug test. Are you able to commit to at least 4 hours a week? Are you able to lift up to 25 lbs?
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX)
Interview
None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.
Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
