Was contacted by Amazon Military Recruiter who was extremely helpful and gave me a ton of information about their operational positions and the interview process. Had 2 phone screenings, one with HR and one with a SR Operations Manager and then invited for an onsite interview at one of their fulfillment centers.

Question 1
Phone screening Math Flow question: You have 30 associates, 2 are not on the production floor. Each can process 150 UPH; Each works 8 hr days, 5 days week; each day each worker is given 2 15 min breaks. How many units can they output per week?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
