Large group interviews. Less about people individually given the sheer hiring volume of the company. Asked a few general questions back and forth. Explained positions within the warehouse and informed us that we would be given these at random.
No personal interview and easy process just received an offer letter a few weeks after applying and do background check and drug test and get hired. It is pretty much simple process but just be prepared to stand for long hours.
Easy, swift. There was a very long line but it consistently moved. I was able to get through within an hr. You have to keep returning for background checks and drug testing then you get a start day.
