Extremely rigid interview process focusing on the STAR method of responses.

Speed is critical in business and often we need to make decisions quickly. Describe a time when you had limited time and needed to make a quick decision. What did you do? What was the outcome?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
