I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Just two rounds of online interviews. Asks about your experience and passions. Make sure you know Amazon's principles and apply those things to your past experience. The interviewers are people that actually work in the role, so you are able to ask questions about what you will be going through if you get the position.

Question 1
What is your favorite Amazon leadership principle?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
