Applied to portal, contacted by HR for interview schedule. Scheduled interview through Chime. Basic questions about your previous work experiences, skill sets to check you are fit for role or not. Ended interview with White board SQL coding.
I gave all answers right, I verified with a friend. But, received rejection within a day without any reason or suggestion to improve. Did not even ask to provide feedback on process which is strange.
I felt the 14 LPs seem just on Paper and not being followed by all employees. I invested more than a week to prepare and I was not given any proper reason for rejection.

Communication after the interview was poor; the recruiter did not respond to follow-up emails, and an automated rejection notice was sent two days later.
