Interview
Fast alle 10 Fragen wurden auf englisch gestellt ausser 1 Frage.
Man hat nur 30 Sekunden sich die Frage durchzulesen, zu verinnerlichen. Anschließend springt die Frontkamera auf und man muss entsprechend der Frage 3 Minuten lang reden. Man kann theoretisch auch nur 30sek. reden kommt aber nicht gut an.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
