One informal phone screen about research. Two phone interviews about research and behavior questions. Coding exercises are focus on NLP model and evaluation metrics. Interviewers are super helpful and encouraging, Really nice interview experience.

Interview
After applying online, I received an invitation for an one hour online interview. The interview consisted of questions about my previous work, and then a series of questions on deep learning (specifically on LLMs), and finally a LeetCode style coding question (number of islands in a 2D grid).
Applied for Amazon AGI. After first round, it will go into full round of multiple interviews. Lots of modern LLM training technic questions. There are still some behavioral questions, but less than general Amazon roles.
