Interview
Written test with 6 programs and 2 test cases questions and time was given for more than 2 hours. After that they asked to register in their portal and leave for the day and they told they will evaluate answer and call back
2 Leetcode questions both were medium
The interviewer was very nice and helpful
Guided me through the questions and let me talk to him as if we are trying to solve this together

Interview
Took the interview since my current position is being closed. It's all subjective and depending on a single persons opinion with no feedback or reason about the result. It's terrible to lose my job in such unprofessional way. There is no way to escalate this decision either.
Got contacted by recruiter and appointed the interview schedule. Two back to back interview. 3 questions per interview. Took about 2:30hr total. First stage was with HR for the brief introduction, then had two back to back interviews with different interviewer.
