Interview
Basically just show up, they accept people fast and don't require much in terms of experience or qualifications. You do have to go through an agency and it really depends on the agency. When their is high workload agencies are quick to have you working. Other times you may be laid off.
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX)
Interview
None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.
Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
