Interview
I was flown to California for my 3rd interview with Amazon. It was the most unprofessional, unstructured experience I have ever encountered. All of the interviewers were under 25. They were eating hamburgers and using profanity during the interview . The interview started 35 minutes late. I am totally confused and shocked that this is the leadership of Amazon. I immediately knew I wasn't a fit for that culture..
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
