Interview
I applied for the Business Analyst Internship position but was not offered an interview. A hiring assistant emailed me and recommended I applied for the Area Manager Internship. I had two virtual interviews with two different hiring managers. The questions were primarily behavior questions following the STAR format.

Question 1
Tell me of a time that you attempted something and failed.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
