I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Doncaster, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Applied online, submitted cv, answered few generic questions DOB etc.. Followed by hard numerical test, not enough time to complete fully, was tricky to get some information out of the data. These tests are designed not to be finished so don't worry try to answer best to your ability. Followed by short video interview, easy if you answer in STAR style. Followed by onsite interview at the Doncaster Amazon warehouse. There were 4 interviews roughly 15 min each. Each interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. Try to answer everything in STAR pattern as it would be easier for the interviewer to list down your skills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Zaragoza) in May 2026
Interview
3 entrevistas de 45 minutos
Solo se tocan temas sobre los amazon leadership principles.
No es dificil pero es un muy aburrido y se te hace muy larga, sobre todo si no te cogen.

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.
